As Channable enters its second decade of business, Jessica Laan joins the company at a pivotal moment, bringing with her a wealth of experience in eCommerce, sales, and marketing, as well as a track record of driving significant growth in global markets.

A vision for the future

Jessica’s decision to join Channable was fueled by her excitement for the company’s outstanding product, ambitious mission, and strong values. "With Channable celebrating its 10th anniversary, it’s an incredible time to join the team, and I’m excited to contribute to the company’s next phase of growth," she shared.

Channable’s solutions simplify the complexities of online channel management, enabling brands and retailers to expand their reach and drive revenue more efficiently. I’m eager to help scale the business, and ensure the company continues to thrive in today’s competitive landscape.

As CRO, Jessica will lead the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams, focusing on driving collaboration and accelerating growth. Her extensive background in eCommerce, coupled with her hands-on experience in managing marketplaces,digital media ads, and social commerce, uniquely positions her to make a significant impact at Channable.

A proven leader in eCommerce

Before joining Channable, Jessica held leadership roles at global companies in the consumer electronics sector, including Sonos and Dyson. At Sonos, she led Global Direct Expansion, successfully launching the marketplaces business across Europe and North America.

As Head of Direct at Dyson, she was responsible for Direct-to-Consumer sales, performance marketing, and select partnerships, further demonstrating her expertise in scaling businesses and expanding their reach.

She also gained valuable international experience at Sony, where she held several GTM roles based out of the Benelux, the Nordics, as well as the UK, and Japan. Jessica holds a Master in Strategic Management from the University of Rotterdam.

This diverse experience has given her a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities within the global eCommerce and marketing landscape, which she now brings to Channable.

Strategic vision from leadership

Rob van Nuenen, CEO of Channable, expressed his enthusiasm for the new addition to the leadership team.

Adding a CRO to the leadership team is an exciting next step, as we continue to drive our go-to-market strategy and scale our business. Jessica’s extensive experience in GTM strategies and her ability to align commercial activities will be invaluable as we aim to maintain consistency in the customer experience while scaling the business.
