Support employee

We’re looking for people to strengthen our Dutch, German and French support team. Together with the current support team you’ll provide customers with advice and help them master our tool. Within a couple weeks you’ll be trained in our tool, which means that a technical background is not necessary.

Channable

Channable is a startup company with a team of more than 40 employees. Our product has grown into one of the leading online marketing tools in the Netherlands. Because of the high growth rate both in- and outside of the Netherlands we are looking for people to join our team. But what does Channable do exactly? We offer an online tool for marketing agencies and online retailers to connect their webshops to various marketplaces, comparison engines and affiliate platforms. With Channable we enable our customers to easily filter, complete and optimize their product information for better results and send that information to any channel (e.g. Amazon, Shopping.com or Google).

Requirements

  • University student
  • Social character

For the Dutch support team is a Dutch mother tongue a requirement, for the French team a French mother tongue and for the German team a German mother tongue.

Tasks

  • Support by phone and email
  • Input on new solutions and functionalities in our tool
  • Giving product demos and communicate its value to both technical and non-technical audiences
